Donoghue Property Valuations and Consultancy provides independent property valuations to ensure you make an informed property decision. Your inspection will be conducted by a Certified Practising Valuer who will conduct a full inspection of the nominated property, carry out research and analysis into the local market and provide a detailed report providing information and commentary on issues affecting the current market value of the property.

COMPULSORY ACQUISITION / JUST TERMS
Our firm has extensive knowledge and expertise in navigating the intricacies of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act. We have provided advisory services to the NSW Valuer General in numerous determinations throughout NSW. Moreover, we have conducted valuations for clients affected by the EnergyCo Transmission Line acquisitions in the Orana Renewable Energy Zone.
RESIDENTIAL & LIFESTYLE PROPERTY VALUATIONS
Much of our residential work is mortgage based, working with both national and local lending institutions. Additionally, we provide valuation services for solicitors and accountants, along with producing evidence of value reports tailored to the needs of our private clients for a variety of purposes such as insurance, stamp duty, estate planning and family law.
STATUTORY VALUATION OBJECTIONS
We have successfully handled thousands of objections on behalf of the NSW Valuer General throughout Regional NSW. Our expertise in Statutory Valuation is comprehensive, necessitating a thorough understanding of the Valuation of Land Act. We excel in analysing a wide range of asset classes and navigating complex land uses, including those associated with Heritage-listed properties and subdivision allowances.

We support local sporting teams in the Senior Touch Football Competition and the Junior Soccer Competition and sponsor the Albion Cricket Club, Gunnedah Red Devils Rugby Club and the annual Gunnedah Gallop.
